I love this turtleneck shirt. My dog is a short-haired chihuahua mix with a naked belly & she loves to wear shirts. I especially like turtleneck shirts because they don’t slip down to her shoulders. This shirt is perfect & cute. Shipping was right on time. Highly recommend this seller 🐾
